Your custom order time depends on the design and the details you choose. Simple pieces are usually quicker, while detailed items like embellished evening gowns can take 1–2 weeks. For more intricate designs, we recommend allowing at least 30 days. You’ll also work with us to finalise the sketch, usually in about an hour, and we’ll keep you updated throughout.

Because all our garments are made-to-order, we can’t promise an exact completion date. Most orders are fulfilled within two weeks, but the timeline depends on the size of your order and material availability.
